Can I return my item(s)?
Yes, returned merchandise must meet the below requirements to be accepted for a refund:
● All items must be in original condition with original tags attached.
● Merchandise worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Our team will evaluate if the product(s) meet the above criteria before a refund occurs.
How many days do I have to return my product for a full refund?
You can return the items within 14 days from the date you received the items. However, it is important to note that as a customer, you are required to inspect the goods for any defects or deficiencies as soon as possible after receipt. If defects or deficiencies are discovered in the item, this must be communicated to us within a reasonable time in order to assert your rights.
Where and how can I return my product?
- Please contact us by clicking the “contact us” button below. Here you will get further details on how to return the package and which shipping code to put on the shipment.
- Follow the instructions on the return form that you can download here. If you are unable to fill out the form, you must notify us of the use of the right of withdrawal in an “other unequivocal statement”. This can be done in the contact form below.
- Fill out the return form.
- Put the product/products and the return form in the box that the goods came in.
- Remove the old shipping label.
- After you have completed these steps, you can deliver the package to your nearest pick-up point.
When we have received the package and done an evaluation, we will make a refund to the original form of payment.

How long does It take for a refund to be issued?
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The transaction can take 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
